PLATFORM SAFETY SYSTEMS

Basket rotation is supplied by Rotary table and limited

Moment Measurement System , System has pressure transmitters to
measure the total moment force , system is set for 400kg
at max lateral outreach 8,5 mt.

Platform Turret rotation is driven by Planet Reducer ,
+135 /-135 totally 270 Degree
rotation is allowed , System is
limited by limit switches to prevent
any crash to vehicle cabin.

Outrigger -Boom
Interlock System : Boom will
not move unless outriggers are settled down , and outriggers will not
move basket and Crane are ready for
travel position.

Emergency stop botton

Control system will be
both from basket and turret. Turret
Control is mechanic by levers. Basket
control is electonic by joysticks with hanger type control box

Control system is Full proportional control Valve with microswitch

Platform is consist of 1 main boom and 1 telescopic
booms .

System takes power from truck by power take-off PTO unit

The PTO can be started by a buton in truck cabin.

Booms , turret and turning group will be

sytem has independant hydraulic power
supply through TANDEM ( double) pump.
